This includes, but is not limited to, one or more of the following actions:

I. The alliance will not be allowed to recruit new members to that alliance.
II. Alliance chat will be disabled until the situation is remedied and continuous improvement is demonstrated.
III. Banning of any member or members when NapWar determine the actions of any member or members within the alliance is deemed to have a bad impact on the community or other players.
IV. The alliance will be disbanded if NapWar determine the actions and language of alliance members has a detrimental impact on the community at large.

We appreciate your kind support and contribution to the community as we seek to provide a better gaming experience for all players.

For Individual Players

NapWar is now employing a new chat system. With the new system, we are introducing new features aimed directly at reducing the amount of unwanted message and chat text. Our goal with these new features is to not only increase the ease of reporting spam, but also to automatically restrict it. Following the implementation of these features, we will continue to monitor for chat abuse and take further action as needed.

Here are some of the new spam-prevention features going into the new chat system:

Reporting abilities:
1. Players are able to report chat spam (advertising, repeating messages) with the click of a button. A "Report this player" option will be available by clicking on a player's name in the world chat channel. Using this option will quickly and easily report the player to our in-game support department for review.

2. Players will be able to ignore a player, and he or she will automatically be added to your Shield list. You won't see any chat from that player until you decide to unblock the player in your Contact List.

In case you have a bad experience within your alliance, you can also seek for help from your alliance hosts or elders.

In addition to the above-mentioned features, you can report harassment to our In-game Support Department with a screenshot as evidence to the following email address: report-violation@napwar.com. Please include in the email the name of the player and his/her server.

Additionally, abusive behavior, inappropriate behavior or language, swearing or posting of website links may also be reported via the same mechanism as well as any other violation of the Terms of Use.

Making Friends
Adding friends to your contact list will rewards you abundant resources and unparalleled equipments as a remarkable achievement while you are seeking for fellow players to conquer the world.

By using the contact list, you will be able to add personalized messages next to your avatar. You will also be able to check the online status of players in your friend list. Likewise players who have added you as their friend will be able to see your personalized messages, your avatar and your online status.

Adding friends invitation must be approved by another player in advance. All pending request will be displayed in the Message panel. You can either approve or decline the request, all by your own choice.

As a premium member*, you can even add up to 100 friends in your contact list. You will be seeing them on an off, chatting with them as if you’re using an IM. Besides that you will able to add personalized image to be uploaded and displayed in game. This image helps instantly identify you to your fellow players, alliance members in game -- and tells those who aren’t more about you.
